At Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC, we are committed to providing a seamless and professional travel planning experience. By booking with our agency, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to confirming your travel arrangements.

1. AGENCY ROLE

Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and agent for third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, and tour operators.

We do not own or operate these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, errors, delays, or changes.

2. BOOKING PROCESS

• Clients will receive up to three (3) travel proposals based on their request.
• Proposals are delivered within seven (7) business days.
• Clients have 30 days to review, approve, and submit their deposit.

After the 30-day period, a non-refundable research fee of $25 per additional search will apply.

3. PAYMENTS & AUTHORIZATION

All payments are processed directly by the travel supplier.

By submitting payment, you authorize Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the supplier’s terms and conditions.

• Payments submitted are considered authorization only
• Payments are processed during business hours
• Payments submitted outside of business hours will be processed the next business day

Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC is not responsible for pricing changes that may occur prior to payment processing.

4. FINAL PAYMENT POLICY & PROCESSING TIMES

Final payment dates set by Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC may differ from the supplier’s final payment date.

To ensure timely and accurate processing, Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC will establish a final payment deadline that is at least one (1) business day prior to the supplier’s deadline. In some cases, this deadline may be up to three (3) business days earlier if the supplier’s final payment date falls on a weekend or holiday.

Clients are required to adhere to the final payment date provided by Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC, not the supplier’s deadline.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION PROCESSING HOURS

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
• Sunday: Closed

Any payment authorizations submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.

LATE FINAL PAYMENT

If a final payment authorization is submitted after business hours on the final payment due date, the reservation may be automatically canceled by the supplier due to non-payment.

Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC is not responsible for cancellations resulting from late payment authorization.

5. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All pricing is subject to change until a deposit or full payment has been processed and confirmed.

Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC cannot guarantee availability, pricing, or promotional offers until confirmed by the supplier.

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation policies are set by each individual supplier.

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued by the supplier—not Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC
• Refund timelines vary by supplier

Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC is not responsible for penalties, fees, or loss of funds due to cancellations, changes, or no-shows.

7. TRAVEL PROTECTION (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

Travel protection is strongly recommended for all bookings.

It is the only way to protect your financial investment in the event of:

• Trip cancellations
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays or interruptions
• Supplier-related issues

By declining travel protection, you accept full financial responsibility for any loss associated with your travel.

8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documentation, including:

• Valid passports
• Required visas
• Identification matching booking details

Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions due to incorrect or missing documentation.

9. TRAVEL RISKS & RESPONSIBILITY

Travel involves inherent risks.

Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC is not responsible for disruptions or issues caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Acts of terrorism
• Government restrictions
• Health-related concerns

Clients assume all risks associated with travel.

10. SUPPLIER CHANGES

Travel suppliers may modify:

• Itineraries
• Schedules
• Accommodations
• Included experiences

Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC is not responsible for these changes but will assist clients in resolving issues when possible.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the acts or omissions of any travel supplier.

12. GROUP TRAVEL POLICY

Groups With Travel Lifestyle™️ – Independently, Together

Group travel bookings are structured to allow flexibility and independence.

• Participation in activities is optional
• No required group involvement
• No mandatory social obligations

Group pricing and availability are based on contractual agreements with suppliers. Missed deadlines may result in cancellation or changes in pricing & amenities.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking with Travel Lifestyle™️ LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Travel preferences
• Payment details (processed securely through suppliers)

• Book and manage travel arrangements
• Communicate regarding your trip
• Provide customer service

We do not sell your personal information.

INFORMATION SHARING

Your information is shared only with travel suppliers necessary to complete your booking.

DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
